What the extension does
Chat-cosmetic display across Twitch and Kick
Uses Polita badge data
Badge images, equipped choices, username paints, colours, outlines, effects and approved custom or animated cosmetics are loaded from Polita services.
Works as an overlay
The extension visually adds Polita cosmetics to Twitch and Kick chat without changing or controlling the platform account.
Syncs with My Hub
When you change badges or username cosmetics in My Hub, the extension can fetch the latest saved selection for display.

Visible usernames
The extension may read visible usernames on Twitch and Kick chat pages so it knows where to place Polita cosmetics.
Badge cosmetics
Polita may provide badge images, IDs, username paints, colours, outlines, effects and approved custom or animated cosmetic information.
Basic settings
The extension may use basic local settings needed to keep cosmetic display and interface preferences working correctly.
Service checks
The extension contacts Polita endpoints to retrieve current cosmetic data and keep display results up to date.
What it does not do
No private messages, no payments, no account control
No private messages
The extension does not need to read private messages on Twitch or Kick to display Polita cosmetics.
No card details
The extension does not need payment card information. Payments, where used, are handled outside the extension.
No platform-account control
The extension does not follow channels, subscribe, send chat messages, modify Twitch or Kick accounts, or act as the user.
No selling personal data
Polita does not sell personal data from the browser extension.
Polita+ cosmetics are for visual identity and chat display. The extension requests only the page access needed for supported cosmetic features.

YouTube
The current extension does not request access to YouTube pages. YouTube support is planned for a future version.
