Polita badges, username paints, colours, glows, outlines, backgrounds, drops and custom slots are digital cosmetic features for Polita and connected chat-platform display.

Badges and cosmetics cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, sold back to Polita, or treated as cash, gambling value, investment value, or financial value.

Buying, selling, reselling, trading, or transferring badges outside Polita is not supported. External deals are not protected, approved, or managed by Polita.

Polita is still developing. Badge systems, Supporter tools, upload limits, effects, drops, extension support and Hub features may change over time.

Polita's core features remain available without payment. You may choose to support Polita through a recurring £1.99 monthly payment and receive Supporter status and thank-you rewards.

Supporter Months may add permanent account slots or rewards where expressly stated. Active monthly Supporter cosmetics or early-access benefits may stop when support ends, while rewards described as permanent remain on the account subject to these Terms and service availability.

Payments and recurring support management may be handled through Stripe or another approved billing provider. Always check the checkout page before confirming payment.

After starting, cancelling or restoring monthly support, you may need to refresh My Hub, log out and back in, or wait briefly for your Supporter status to update.

You are responsible for the images or GIFs you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that breaks Polita or connected-platform rules, or content designed to abuse chat.

Custom uploads may require review before they can be used publicly. Polita may approve, reject, remove, or disable uploads to protect users, streamers, and the service.

Static and animated badge slots, file size limits, supported formats, compression, and optimisation rules may change as the system improves.

Uploads may be rejected or removed if they are abusive, misleading, unsafe, explicit, hateful, spammy, copyrighted without permission, impersonating someone, or otherwise unsuitable.

Drops, claim codes, event badges, streamer rewards, and special cosmetics may be limited by time, account, quantity, eligibility, or campaign rules.

A limited badge or event may not return. Polita may change, extend, pause, end, or replace drop campaigns when needed.

If a claim looks stuck, refresh My Hub, check the correct Polita account and use the support bubble if the badge still does not appear.

Polita may block or reverse claims that appear automated, duplicated, exploited, fraudulent, abusive, or outside the intended campaign rules.

Polita features are connected to your permanent Polita account, My Hub data and separately verified Twitch, Kick or YouTube identities. Keep your account secure and only connect platform accounts or channels you own, control or are authorised to use.

The Polita extension is needed for cosmetics to appear across connected Twitch, Kick and YouTube chats. Changes made in My Hub may require refreshing the chat page or extension.

Do not attempt to abuse uploads, spam requests, impersonate users, bypass access, payment or Supporter-status checks, attack the service, exploit bugs, or disrupt other users or streamers.

Polita may limit, suspend, remove, or block access to features if needed for security, abuse prevention, rule enforcement, payment issues, or service protection.

Twitch, Kick and YouTube usernames are not assumed to match. Each platform connection is verified independently and attached to the same permanent Polita account.

You must only connect a YouTube channel that you own, control or are authorised to use. Do not connect another person's channel or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Polita currently requests read-only YouTube access through Google OAuth to identify the channel authorised by the user and connect its channel ID, handle and display name to the correct Polita account.

The current YouTube connection does not permit Polita to upload, edit or delete videos, change channel settings, manage comments or act publicly on behalf of the user.

Users must follow the applicable Google, YouTube, Twitch and Kick terms, policies, community guidelines, account requirements and moderation rules.

Users may disconnect YouTube through Polita Settings and may separately revoke Polita's Google access through their Google Account third-party access controls.

Use the floating contact/support bubble on the site for account help, badge issues, upload questions, Supporter payment problems, drop claims, extension setup or streamer setup questions.

Include your Polita username, connected platform, the page you were using, what happened and any troubleshooting you already tried.
