Response time

Most support requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Badge upload, payment, account, or drop checks can take longer if they require manual review.

Safari extension setup

iPhone and iPad setup steps
1. Install Polita+

Install Polita+ from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your device, then scroll to Safari.

3. Open Extensions

Tap Extensions, then choose Polita+ from the extension list.

4. Enable Polita+

Turn on Polita+ and allow the extension to run on Twitch when Safari asks.

5. Open Twitch in Safari

Go to twitch.tv in Safari, open chat, and refresh the page after changing badges in My Hub.

Permissions

Polita+ only needs permission to run on supported Twitch and Polita pages so it can display your selected badge cosmetics in Safari chat.

Troubleshooting

Common fixes
Badge not showing in Twitch chat

Refresh Twitch in Safari, confirm Polita+ is enabled in Safari Extensions, and check your selected badge in My Hub.

Extension not appearing

Make sure Polita+ is installed from the App Store, then check Settings → Safari → Extensions.

Upload or approval issue

Custom badge uploads may require manual review before they appear publicly. Contact support with your Twitch username and badge details.

Drop or claim code issue

Some drops are limited by time, quantity, account eligibility, or campaign rules. Send the code and your Twitch username if a claim does not work.

Subscription not unlocking

If paid features do not unlock after payment, contact support with your Twitch username and the approximate payment time.
